VKG0330I messages after the Vantage Host upgrade from 14.0 to 14.1 version.

Issue/Introduction

We have recently upgraded the product from release R14M0 to R14M1.

At the startup of the started task (SAMS), about a hundred of the following messages appeared:

VKG0330I  MANCLASS IS NOT DEFINED FOR OBJECT=VISVTVXP VER=/ VTOK=000000
VKG0330I  SIZECOMP IS NOT DEFINED FOR OBJECT=VISVTVXP VER=/ VTOK=000000
VKG0330I  SIZEUNC  IS NOT DEFINED FOR OBJECT=VISVTVXP VER=/ VTOK=000000

Cause

The reference to the object VISVTVXP which is removed in the 14.1 version is present in the join and summary objects from the JOINDEF and SUMMDEFS libraries.

Resolution

Remove the join and summary objects those have directly or indirectly referencing the VISVTVXP object from the JOINDEF and SUMMDEFS libraries. Restart the Vantage Host task or Refresh the JOINDEF and SUMMDEF using the following operator commands on SDSF where Vantage HOST (SAMS) is running. Here replace SAMS with the Vantage Host task name.
