Issue/Introduction

Upgrading VMWare Identity Manager from 3.3.6 to 3.3.7 through Aria Lifecycle Manager fails at stage 12 with the error LCMVIDM71063. 

VMware Aria Life Cycle version is out of support. 

Environment

VMware Identity Manager (VIDM) 3.3.6

VMware Aria Lifecycle Manager 8.1X 

Resolution

1. Take snapshots without memory in vCenter for all VIDM nodes you an use the following KB as a guide to take snapshots Managing snapshots in vSphere Web Client
2. On each VIDM node, follow the steps from the document Using the updateoffline.hzn Script for Offline Upgrade to upgrade the product directly
