Task quick create no responsive on Task grid

Issue/Introduction

Unable to create a task on the project grid, if no tasks exist and the task name has got a default value.
Bowser freezes also with the Show Expandable Tree enabled when creating tasks if the name field has got a default value.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to administration > Studio > Objects > Task object
2. Edit the Name field and add a default value: New Task
3. Go to MUX > Projects and create a new project 
4. Go to the Tasks module > Grid view
5. Click on the + icon to create a new task

Expected Results: The task to be created successfully
Actual Results: The + icon is unresponsive and task is not created

6. Go to the Task Timeline view and create a task using the + icon
7. Task gets created successfully.
8. Go to the Grid view
9. Create a new task using the + icon
10. Task gets created successfully.
11. View Options: Enable the Show Expandable Tree
12. Create a new task using the + icon

Expected Results: The task to be created successfully
Actual Results: The + icon is unresponsive and browser freezes

Cause

This is caused by DE175579

Resolution

This is fixed in:

• Clarity 16.3.3.2 (16.3.3 Patch 2)
• Clarity 16.4.0

Workaround: Remove the default value from the Task Name field
