Error: "Object doesn't match with any 'SELF' tagged object selected in Notification Rule criteria" when testing a notification

Issue/Introduction

• When clicking on "Initiate Process" on the "Test Notification" tab the below error can be seen in the response:
  
  Object 'NAME_OF_THE_OBJECT' doesn't match with any 'SELF' tagged object selected in Notification Rule criteria.


• The Object in the response error has been added to the Notification Define Criteria.
• More than one "Self" object has been selected in the Define Criteria.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.3

Cause

More than one "Self" object has been selected in the Define Criteria on the Notification.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in Aria Operations 8.18.4 and VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0.
