Issue/Introduction

Symantec Phishing Readiness allows you to view and download assessment results.You can even compare results of an assessment with up to four other assessments.

Resolution

To view, download, or compare assessment results:

1-  Select Assessments > Assessments.

2-  Hover your mouse over the running or complete assessment you want to evaluate until the Actions menu appears.

3-  From the Actions menu, choose a report type:

■ Results displays a table of targets and their responses to the assessments.
■ Report shows previous report downloads. Click New Report to create a CSV file of the latest results. Click Download to open or download thereport file.
■ Summary provides the same features as the Results and Report types,plus summary information about the number of targets, their responses,and details of the assessment itself. A map shows the location where each target responded. A timeline of responses displays below the map.
From the Summary report page, you can also compare the results of the current assessment with the results of previous assessments, to determine progress over time.

■ Click Activity Details to view the same table that is presented in the Results report.
■ Click Download Reports to go to the Report page.
■ Click Compare, select up to four other assessments, and click Compare to view a bar chart of results from each of the selected assessments.
