Issue/Introduction

This document describes the steps to set password policy options to ensure that portal users change their passwords regularly and do not reuse passwords so often that the practice reduces portal security.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

To set password policy options :

• Select Administration > Access Control
• From the lists, select the number of days after which portal account passwords expire, and the number of required portal account password changes before a password can be re-used.
• Click Save.
