Unable to view flows between specific source and destination on Aria operations for Networks.

Issue/Introduction

• When querying Aria Operations for Network with specific source and destination IP address/ name to view the flows between the same, there are no flows/results found:

Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.1

Resolution

• Verify if the source and destination servers are a part of data source added on Aria operations for Networks.
• Make sure IPFIX is enabled for NSX and vCenter to capture verbose flows on Aria Operations for Networks.
• Verify on Aria Operations for Logs if traffic is logged between the specific source and destination servers. (Aria operations for Networks only supports and displays TCP and known UDP flows)
