Issue/Introduction

Is there an option or page on the Enforce GUI to check OCR server health status?

Environment

DLP 16.x

Resolution

There is no individual option; However, If there are any communication issues or health concerns, error events will be automatically generated and you will see it in the events on the Enforce console. E.G., you will see events similar to:

4801 - Request failed to connect to OCR server
