HCX 4.11.x versions do not appear in "Available Service Update Versions" of Local HCX section

Issue/Introduction

• From 
  Administration 
  -> System Updates -> Local HCX, customer can only see the version less than 4.11, for instance, there is only 4.10.3
• HCX systems are in connected mode
• Connectivity from HCX systems to Broadcom websites (connect.hcx.vmware.com  &
  hybridity-depot.vmware.com) is good
• No error/warning reported

Cause

HCX systems in Connected Mode no longer receive upgrade notifications for HCX 4.11 or later releases. 

Resolution

The procedure to upgrade Connected sites is the same as the procedure to upgrade Local Mode sites in HCX 4.11 and later releases.

Upgrades to HCX 4.11 must follow the upgrade procedure for Local sites. See Upgrade HCX Manager for Local Sites.
