Conditional Formatting is not applied on to Timesheet grid for all the virtual timesheet rows

Issue/Introduction

In Timesheet grid page, the Conditional Formatting is not applied to all the records when the timesheet records are virutal

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to MUX and navigate to Timesheets tab

2. Identify a resource who has several timesheet records in the past and future(virtual) Resource Name: Test user

3. Under Conditional Formatting, set the rule as below

  Resource Name = Test User and provide a color code under Format for the entire row

4. Apply the changes

Expected: All timesheet records with Resource Name as Test User is highlighted

Actual: Only a few records are highlighted and the rule is not applied to the remaining records

The formatting is not applied for the Virtual Timesheets (timesheets that are not saved/submitted).
