Data Provider Attribute Name is changed to Attribute Tooltip

Issue/Introduction

The attribute name in Data provider cannot be searched when a tooltip is defined for the attribute. 

1. Go to REPORTING in MUX and open a Data Provider that is eligible for editing (e.g. Projects)
2. Search for any attribute name that does not have a tooltip. Example: search on TEXT 1 and verify you can see it.
3. Under Administration>Attributes in MUX, enter a tooltip for this field TEXT1 (such as "This is a tooltip")  and tab off so that it saves 
4. Go back to Data provider and refresh the screen. Try searching by your field name again, such as TEXT1-- it will not show . Try searching by "This is a tooltip" and it will show (or any word in that tooltip)
