Aria Lifecycle Manager reports "Information not available" for the environment health in the overview page after replacing the SDDC health management pack with the vSphere Infrastructure Health pack in one or more environment.
VMware Aria Lifecycle Manager 8.x
vSphere Infrastructure Health
The health status display in Aria LCM relies on mappings that are specific to the VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for SDDC Health Monitoring. The vSphere Infrastructure Health pack uses different mappings than the SDDC pack, which LCM cannot interpret with its current code.
Other than this limitation, and the fact that the VIH pack does not provide sizing guidelines, both the Management Pack for SDDC Health Monitoring and the vSphere Infrastructure Health pack are providing the same functionality.
This is currently an expected behavior.
When using the VIH pack with Aria LCM 8.x, please ignore the "Information not available message" and instead use Aria Operations directly to review the environment health.
This display in Aria LCM does not indicate any actual issue, it is of purely informational nature, but it cannot be disabled or hidden.
This does not impact any of the LCM functionalities and will not block any lifecycle operations.
