Issue/Introduction

After installing the DLP 25.1 agent on windows, a critical alert is reported:

Mozilla Firefox CAC is not connected
Mozilla Firefox browser didn't connect to the DLP Agent within the expected time

Environment

Symantec Data Loss Prevention 25.1

Cause

The alert is referencing Content Analysis Connectors (CAC) on the windows endpoint

Resolution

CAC is not enabled by default for the browser.
