This issue can occur even when the two VMs involved are on the same host and segment.

The failure occurs due to cache overflow on the NSX-T Managers, likely caused by prolonged uptime.
Evidence for this includes:
Notification: "Traceflow result was dropped because of cache overflow."
Browser repeatedly sending the same query during debug sessions.
NSX-T Managers had uptime exceeding 340 days, indicating a possible accumulation of cached data or stale states.
Perform a rolling reboot of the NSX-T Managers.
After the reboot, traceflow operations completed successfully, confirming that clearing the manager cache and resetting its operational state resolved the issue.
