AD Users Not Getting Added to App Control After LDAP Setup

Issue/Introduction

Setup LDAP users linked to the appropriate groups in App Control but they are not showing up

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

This can occur if the user hasn't attempted to login since the LDAP was setup because the users are created during the login attempt process

Resolution

• Confirm that the user has attempted to login to the console before checking to see if the user was created
• If that has been done go through the instructions here
