How can we set the timestamp over the API query? Not seem to be clear on the documentation below:

Use the following syntax, you should scape the spaces:

"https://apmgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com/oi/v2/aoanalytics/alarms/alarms_all/_search?q=product:UIM AND metric_name:"System.Process:State" AND timestamp:%5Bnow-30d TO now%5D"
