CDM iostat_default section is not working to set the default values

Issue/Introduction

You have configured custom options in the iostat_default section of the CDM probe such as a customized alarm message.

However, these defaults are not being used, and the message is not getting updated.

Environment

• DX UIM - Any version
• CDM probe 8.03 or prior

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in CDM 8.04 (ETA October 2025).

There is currently no workaround - iostat options must be set manually or via a superpackage directly in the iostat section instead of relying on iostat_default.
