How to prevent a package from Package Ship

Issue/Introduction

We have a need to Transfer Elements between systems and during the shipment process ENDEVOR should not update the Shipment Target libraries between LPAR's.

Resolution

Package Ship requires a user to select a particular package to ship. As precaution against inadvertently shipping a package, two options can be used: 

Create the package without Backout enabled.
Commit the package after execution. 

Note: With both of these options, back-out is not available for the elements.
