CloudSOC administrator is unable to view users in Detect section

Issue/Introduction

CloudSOC administrator is unable to view users in Detect. As soon as he navigates to Detect he is logged out from CloudSOC.

Resolution

To troubleshoot the issue, please ensure the following:

 

1. User have Access Profile that allow access to Detect section.

2. There is valid Detect license.
