Alarms in Spectrum on Click Console and in DX Netops Portal are not equal

Issue/Introduction

We are facing the symptom that Alarms in Spectrum on Click Console and in DX Netops Portal are not equal. 

I can see alarms under specific device Alarms context tab but the same alarm is not visible on the 'Alarm Console' page.

Environment

Any supported Spectrum release

Any supported Performance Management release up to 24.3.6

Resolution

Upgrade to 24.3.7 or higher

Additional Information

Portal PCService.log shows following :

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.ca.im.portal.api.services.interfaces.item.IItem.getItemType()" because "item" is null
