When searching for a product release on the Product Lifecycle page, some users may encounter the error message “Product Not Found.” Or unable to find a product while searching manually in the Product Lifecycle page.
This issue usually happens when the "Show Entitled Product" option is selected, which restricts the results to only those products the customer is entitled to. If the customer does not have active entitlements for the product they are searching for, the system displays a "Product Not Found" error.
To resolve this issue, uncheck the "Show Entitled Product" option and perform the search again. This will allow you to view all available product releases.
