Banner that says "...you must choose currency in Global Settings" even though the currency is already set

Issue/Introduction

• A banner is displayed at the top of the VCF Operations UI that says
  
  

  To view cost figures in VMware Cloud Foundation Operations, you must choose a currency in Global Settings. You can also dismiss this message without making a selection. GO TO GLOBAL SETTINGS

• The currency has already been configured in Global Settings.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.0.0.0

Resolution

Reset the Currency in VCF Operations

1. Log in to the VCF Operations UI and navigate to Administration > Global Settings > Cost/Price
2. Click EDIT CURRENCY in the Currency section
3. Select the same currency already configured
4. Click the I understand the impact of changing the currency checkbox
5. Click SET CURRENCY
6. Verify "Currency successfully set" is received and click OK
7. If the banner is still displayed, click the X to dismiss it
8. Log out of VCF Operations then log back in to verify the banner does not return
