Where can new Action Item Status values be added to Clarity?

Additional Action Item Statuses can be added to this out of the box Clarity Lookup:
ID = PROCESS_DEFAULT_AI_STATUS
NOTE: Only the first 25 active Action Item Statuses will display when attempting to create an Action Item in the MUX, any additional will be filtered out by design.
