Harvest Visual Studio plug-in can't enter the "CA Harvest SCM General" option values

Issue/Introduction

We installed Harvest 14.5.01 VS plug-in and then expand the Source Control node, and click CA Harvest SCM General but we can't enter the fields

As a result, we can't use the VS plug-in.

What we did wrong?

Environment

CA Harvest Software Change Manager 14.5 and higher

Resolution

Please follow these steps to have VS plug-in configured

1. From VS IDE check these two two CA Harvest SCM toolbars options:
   
2. Then click on the small option dropdown here:
   
3. Choose CA Harvest SCM explorer and then click on the broker icon to entry the entries to connect to broker:
   
   Once you enter the user name, password and the broker name, click on "Finish" button to connect to the broker
4. Now from Tools-->Options, you can enter the Harweb URL
   
   Make sure check the "Connect automatically while opening Manager Solutions" checkbox
