Issue/Introduction

Unable to configure offline depot with SDDC manager - Error is:  "Invalid credentials" 

 

Environment

SDDC manager 5.x

Cause

SDDC manager does not trust the offline depot web server certificate. 

Resolution

Import the CAs that signed the web server certificate into the SDDC manager's 2 trust stores.
