Incidents do not display correctly when items per page > 100

Issue/Introduction

After activating slim mode, roughly the bottom half of incidents are not displayed in the incident overview page when setting the items per page to 200 or more. 

Environment

DLP 16.1+ 
Slim View enabled via Enforce.properties. 

Resolution

A defect has been filed and this will be fixed in a future release. 
As a work around you can disable slim mode.
