WCC System Information dialog shows incorrect eem.version

Issue/Introduction

The eem.version details appear incorrect as seen in WCC's -> About -> System Information dialog

Resolution

The EEM version reported by the WCC System Information dialog is the EEM client version. This information is derived directly from the Safe.jar file located on the WCC host where the dialog is being accessed. Therefore, the displayed version is expected to match the version of the Safe.jar file on that specific WCC system.

Note: With the release of WCC version 24.x and subsequent versions, the System Information dialog will no longer be available. This change will remove this particular source of potential confusion regarding EEM version reporting in future releases.
