Issue/Introduction

VCF installation through VCF fleet manager fails -

Description	Add vCenter Server and Data Center to VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle

Error	Message: A problem has occurred on the server. Please retry or contact the service provider and provide the reference token. Environment

VCF 9.0

Cause

Fleet Manager is not responsive/VCF Operations fleet management node is in not responding state. 

Resolution

Reboot the VCF Operations fleet management node and Restart the task.
