Issue/Introduction

After renew credentials for MIP encrypted emails or encrypted documents within emails are not being decrypted and detected by DLP policies.

Resolution

To troubleshoot the issue, ensure the following:
  1. The Azure Tenant ID has the correct permissions, specifically Admin Consent for Content.SuperUser, as outlined in the guide "Enabling MPIP for DLP Cloud on the Azure Portal."
  2. The credentials have a valid status in the Enterprise console, as described in the guide "Set up MIP for DLP Cloud Services."
If both of these points are confirmed, open a support case for further assistance.
