We have noticed that some spectrum alarms are not getting reattached correctly to the OI Services as shown below:

The issue is related to defect # DE643272:
Alarms autoclosure feature and reopen are causing Services not to be linked with the correct alarms
If there is no update of the alarm after x days the alarm will be closed. If any updae comes it will reopen the alarm.
From Alarm Lifecycle events, the alarms status are coming as NEW instead of UPDATED:
SOLUTION
Fix will be available as part of 25.1 HOTFIX#2
WORKAROUND:
1) Updated the doi-servivcealarm deployment
- Add the acknowledge attribute to the SA_ALARM_UPDATE_ATTRIBUTES env variable:
2) Manually performed an acknowledgement on each affected alarm to force the alarm to get attached to the Service.
Below is an example illustrating that after the acknowledge the alarm is attached to the service as expected
