"ESS Usage IP Address Audit" Report does not contain all logs written in the specified reporting period

Issue/Introduction

Client Net "ESS Usage IP Address Audit" was created by choosing the Time zone "GMT+09:00" and Report period "From '03 Sep 2025 12:00 AM' To '03 Sep 23:59'", but when checking the "Login Action Date" in the generated report, some login logs were written on the previous day, in this example, 02 Sep 2025 and some login logs for 03 Sep 2025 are missing.

This works by design.

The "Login Action Date" in the "ESS Usage IP Address Audit" report displays the timestamp in GMT time zone.
