I am trying to install ACF2 r16 with all the available maintenance and receive these errors from SMP/e.
IEW2322I 1220 14 INCLUDE SMPLTS(ACFRPTSL) SEQ # 000060
IEW2322I 1220 15 NAME ACFRPTSL(R) MAX ACCEPTABLE RC=04
IEW2492E 9613 THE OPERAND OF THE INSTRUCTION IN CLASS B_TEXT AT OFFSET 000001E6 EXCEEDS THE DESTINATION RANGE.

Cause
Trying to install ACF2 maintenance beyond the base product.
Resolution
This error is seen typically when trying to install ACF2 maintenance beyond the base product at the same time as the base install. Often seen when PTF LU11424 is part of the base APPLY.
If this is an initial installation, it is recommended to apply and accept the base product first and any subsequent maintenance can be applied afterwards.
In sysout look for:
GIM30202E ** APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD LU11424. ALL SYSMODS THAT WOULD HAVE SUPERSEDED LU11424 HAVE FAILED. <-------PTF LU11424 fails
GIM35942I SYSMOD LU15008, WHICH WOULD HAVE SUPERSEDED SYSMOD LU11424, FAILED <----------subsequent PTF's failing.
Notice in the sysout, all sysmods after SYSMOD LU11424 would have failed as they are not part of the base install.
So, the advice is to install the base product and then pull down and apply the maintenance after that.
