Issue/Introduction

1. Invalid Credentials seen for NSX datasource on VCF Operations for Networks data source page when datasource is added through Aria Operations GUI.

2. Initially when the data source was added, the service account was not synced with all the management nodes.
   
   Please find the below log entries when the data collection failed from collector support bundle, Log location: /var/log/arkin/collector/latest.log

         Note : This issue not always seen, and occurs in some rare cases.

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 9.0.0

Cause

This happens only when NSX is added to VCF Operations for Networks via Aria Operations GUI for a VCF full stack deployed.

This issue can also occur if customer tries to rotate service account credentials for NSX data source from Aria Operations GUI  UI.

Resolution

To resolve this perform below:

1. From VCF Operations for Networks GUI navigate to Settings->Accounts and Data Sources page.
2. Toggle(disable and enable) the NSX data source showing this error.
