NSX-T upgrade missing mub error

Issue/Introduction

The NSX manager has succeeded all prechecks, but the upgrade failed on the manager due to UC version mismatch or due to a missing MUB. 

Environment

VMWare NSX-T
VMWare NSX-T Datacenter

Cause

This is a failure to detect the mismatch of the UC version from KB 317196 as seen below. As seen in the screenshots below, the repository was created for the correct upgrade version. To validate in your environment, log in as admin on the node that failed and run get upgrade progress-status.

Resolution

Open a case with Broadcom support and upload the NSX manager logs as well as the ESXI host logs where the managers reside.
