Issue/Introduction
After copying the User Store settings from another VIP Enterprise Gateway, receiving error when attempting to add or edit the VIP Administrator Group Mapping:
"Invalid VIP Administrator Group Mapping Form. The Container DN is not a sub-container of the BaseDN."
Environment
Symantec VIP Enterprise Gateway Server
Cause
Administrator AD group is not within the BaseDN for the User Store Filter.
Resolution
Ensure the Administrator Group Membership objects are underneath the BaseDN and that the "test" Administrator qualifies for the User Store and Administrator LDAP filters.
