Issue/Introduction

PAM (Privileged Access Management) UI doesn't filter unverified accounts, if at one time, the account was verified.

Procedure to Reproduce:

  1. Create any Target Account (test01) (Unix or LDAP either or)
  2. Do not verify it
  3. Run Filter of "Verified = Unverified"
  4. Will show Target Account in List
  5. Update Password and Verify the Account successfully
  6. Run Filter of "Verified = Unverified"
  7. Account will disappear (correctly)
  8. Go back into Target Account >> Password and choose >> Update only the Credential Manager Server
  9. Account will go back into Unverified Status
  10. However our UI Filter of Unverified doesn't pick up on this account anymore

Resolution

You are running into Defect DE644257, which will be addressed in PAM 4.3.0

Additional Information

Workaround: PAM Accounts report with "Unsynchronized" works and will show the above user
