Issue/Introduction
PAM (Privileged Access Management) UI doesn't filter unverified accounts, if at one time, the account was verified.
Procedure to Reproduce:
- Create any Target Account (test01) (Unix or LDAP either or)
- Do not verify it
- Run Filter of "Verified = Unverified"
- Will show Target Account in List
- Update Password and Verify the Account successfully
- Run Filter of "Verified = Unverified"
- Account will disappear (correctly)
- Go back into Target Account >> Password and choose >> Update only the Credential Manager Server
- Account will go back into Unverified Status
- However our UI Filter of Unverified doesn't pick up on this account anymore
Resolution
You are running into Defect DE644257, which will be addressed in PAM 4.3.0
Additional Information
Workaround: PAM Accounts report with "Unsynchronized" works and will show the above user
