User can not change password in UI login screen

Issue/Introduction

Trying to access Aria Operations UI with local user when password is expire, change-password page stop responding 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Local users does not have all permissions needed to accessing change-password page 

Resolution

This issue is already fixed in 8.18.5

The workaround is to temporarily provide the "Home menu" privilege to the users. This will resolve the issue and will not display any content to the users, just an empty page
