Scheduling upgrade from SDDC Manager 5.2.0 to a customize 9.0 BOM with "Cannot upgrade to VCF version 9.0.0.0 because bundles "XXXX" are missing for the "YYYY" domain"

Issue/Introduction

On SDDC Manager 5.2.0.0 once the "Plan Upgrade" operation is performed with Customized 9.x BOM, scheduling the upgrade fails with the error "Cannot upgrade to VCF version 9.0.0.0 because bundles "XXXX" are missing for the "YYYY" domain. Please upload bundles "XXX"".

Environment

VCF 5.2

Resolution

Option 1:

1. Plan Upgrade to VCF 9.0.0.0 (Non-Customized) using either the  UI or API.
2. Schedule upgrade to VCF 9.0.0.0.
3. Upgrade SDDC Manager only to 9.0.0.0.
4. Once SDDC Manager upgrade is complete, edit and save the upgrade plan of the domain with Customized 9.x BOM for (VC/ESXi/NSX).
5. Continue with 9.x Custom BOM for the domain.

Option 2:

1. Upgrade SDDC Manager to 5.2.1.x
2. Plan, schedule Upgrade to VCF 9.0.0.0+ BOM for (VC/ESXi/NSX) using the UI or API.
