New purchased entitlement for ZTNA product, after logging into the Enterprise Console, the related icon "Configure" button is grayed out, example:
The logged in user is not an ZTNA "Product Super Admin"
In the Enterprise Console, click on the top right "gear" icon "Common Settings".
In the "Administrators and Roles" tab edit your account and check if it is a "Product Super Admin" for the "CloudSOC" product, example:
If not, please engage the colleague that ordered the product asking to check which email address/user was set as product administrator.Refer to Enterprise Console manual "Manage Administrators in Enterprise Console" chapter. If the set person is no more in the organisation please raise a new technical support case for the ZTNA product sharing the serial number, logged in user and original set admin user details.
