Causes of cloud proxy crashes?

Issue/Introduction

We have 2 Linux servers running the APM cloud proxy (v25.1.1.25). The cloud proxy process keeps stopping periodically and the apmservices.cloudproxy.pid file is still present with the old PID number. 

We are seeing a lot of the following warnings that we are addressing with our proxy team:

But would these cause the service to crash?

Resolution

 The cloud proxy log files were owned by root but the service is running as loadtest so they were not beingupdated. The corrections resolved the issue.
