Inventory is not gathering the SQL Database information (instance, etc.) on some SQL servers

Issue/Introduction

Captured the inventory files and inspected the NSEs and found no database information within the database dataclass in the NSE.  The dataclass is listed, but contains no details.

Tested the namespace using wbemtest and could not connect to root\Microsoft\SqlServer

Environment

 Windows Server Datacenter 2019/MSSQL Version 2012

Cause

WMI Provider not properly configured

Resolution

Work with Windows administrators and Microsoft as needed to correctly configure WMI
