Unable to start the VIP Enterprise gateway ( EG )validation servers

Issue/Introduction

Your VIP Enterprise gateway environment is migrated from the On prem to AWS environment and got assigned new IP address. It is observed that the Validation server did not start and gave error " Port <port Number> is already in use. Please use a different port".

Environment

VIP Enterprise Gateway

Release: 9.11.1

Resolution

To address the issue you can click on Edit button on the Validation server and then simply click on Submit button, this process reloads the configuration and Validation server should restart afterwards.
