You are experiencing any issues with On-demand or Enterprise Learning Subscription (ELS) video content.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to create a support request:

  1. While using an On-Demand Lab, launch a ChatBot session by clicking on the widget in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click on Lab Content (Manual & Video)
  3. Inform the ChatBot about the issue you are experiencing. 
    • Example: "The video is not correct."
  4. Reply with "Create a case" or something similar.
  5. Review the Title and Description.
  6. Reply "Yes" after confirming or "No" to update the information.

Once submitted, you will receive a support request number for reference.
