Issue/Introduction
You have not received your On-Demand course completion certificate after 24 hours of completing the course.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to create a support request:
- While using an On-Demand Lab, launch a ChatBot session by clicking on the widget in the bottom right corner.

- Click on Course Certificates & Vouchers
- Inform the ChatBot about the issue you are experiencing.
- Example: "I haven't received my certificate yet."
- Reply with "Create a case" or something similar.
- Review the suggested Title and Description.
- Reply "Yes" after confirming or "No" to adjust the information.
Once submitted, you will receive a support request number for reference.
