Issue/Introduction

You have not received your On-Demand course completion certificate after 24 hours of completing the course. 

Resolution

Follow the steps below to create a support request:

  1. While using an On-Demand Lab, launch a ChatBot session by clicking on the widget in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click on Course Certificates & Vouchers
  3. Inform the ChatBot about the issue you are experiencing.
    • Example: "I haven't received my certificate yet."
  4. Reply with "Create a case" or something similar.
  5. Review the suggested Title and Description.
  6. Reply "Yes" after confirming or "No" to adjust the information.

Once submitted, you will receive a support request number for reference.
