After recently upgrading Service Desk Manager from 17.3 to 17.4 GA, the connections to the Service Desk Manager are failing.
Without changing any settings in NIM, we click Save and Test, but the connection is still unsuccessful.
In the SDM side NX_ROOT\logs\pdm_tomcat_REST.log has:

In the 17.4 version of Service Desk Manager the product is changing from AXIS to CXF based web services.
After upgrading Service Desk Manager to version RU4, the connection is successful.

Displays the Available SOAP services
