Resolution
While the issue is happening, engage
Hardware vendor
to assist in generating an NMI dump
Open a case with Broadcom support. (To create a case, see:

)
Upload vCenter, ESXi host log bundles and dump file to the support case. (To upload the log files, see:
Uploading files to cases on the Broadcom Support Portal
)
