[ FAILED ] Pod dx-owner-directory-check execution has failed

Issue/Introduction

./AIOpsManagement.sh --update fails with below message, it seems due to some issues in a dxi folder

[ FAILED ]  Pod dx-owner-directory-check execution has failed

Environment

DX O2 On-premise

Cause

Found unwanted files under the dxi NFS folder created by the root user. In this example, there was a mistake creating the dxi folders structure.

Resolution

1. Fix the dxi NFS structure and / or removed unwanted files

Contact your IT team for assistance fixing the directory structure. 

If the files are expected and they are temporal files you can safely ignore the message

2. Resume the script execution by using:

./AIOpsManagement.sh --update --skip-checks
