Issue/Introduction

Fail to start the secondary SS after upgrading from 23.3.9 to 24.3.12

Error in the VNM.OUT file:

ERROR TRACE AT CsCorbaMgr.cc(1271): Exception: ::CosNaming::NamingContext::InvalidName

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum: Any version

Cause

SSdb is corrupted.

Resolution

Restored the SSdb from the primary SS.
