Issue/Introduction

If it's been a long time since you've logged into CloudHealth, you may see a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) message asking you to "Confirm Your Identity". 

Resolution

Request that a security code is emailed to you or use one of the other biometric or code from mobile app options to confirm your identity. If you are still not able to login once you've confirmed your identity, please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.
