Set display online reports only in Web Viewer 12

Issue/Introduction

You want to set the default setting of Web Viewer to display only online reports.

Web Viewer 12

Resolution

As a prerequisite you will need to be logged in as a Web Viewer administrator. An admin will have the administration tap at the top after logging in and will be needed for this process.

1. Login as Web Viewer admin.
2. At the top click on the "Administration" tab.
3. The left panel lists repositories Web Viewer 12 is connected to. Click on the repository you want to change.
4. Click on "Properties" for the repository you want to change.
5. Click on "Filter".
6. In the section "Off-line Report filter Settings" click on the setting you want for displaying online reports you want to see.
